Report showing invoices and other forms that have been emailed

It would be handy to be able to print a report showing all invoices, estimates, sales orders, payslips etc... emailed for a period. Either day or week. I have had issues with customers saying they have not received invoices.

Different reply email address from different send form emails

When people reply from emails sent from Reckon, they are all going to one email address. Would like one email for when we send invoices and another return address for payslips.

Smtp Setup page to use own email

By option to use own email by having area to use reckon mail server or own send mail setup will alleviate issues with spam, missed emails and allow better tracking of emails.

Have a service like 'Boomerang' for scheduling emails and checking that the customer has opened the sent email

This is a great tool where you can check whether the customer has opened the invoice email. Plus having to schedule invoice emails in the future.

Provide a way to text invoices to customers via SMS

Instead of prinitng or emailing invoices or quotes. Can we send this via a simple click vi SMS to there stored customer mobile number?

Emailing Invoices to automatically be shown as sent in Outlook

There is no confirmation for sent emails. It would be great if the sent invoices were linked to Outlook.

Have the ability to paste from your computer to Accounts Hosted

Because Hosted is online it is not possible to paste from the computer. Normally instructions from customers are emailed. ie Order numbers, bank details. However this data can not be copied and pasted into Hosted. Not being able to copy and paste ...
