We added an Email Report to Reckon Accounts Hosted last year.
This report allows you to enter a date range and will show all emails that you sent within that range including whether the email was delivered or not.
The report is accessed via the Dashboard by clicking on 'View Email Report'
Great. Thanks Jan. I've changed the category to "Hosted Only". We know this is an issue for lot of users, but that said, us and all of our competitors use a service to send emails to its industry wide in terms of a solution. We've looked at alternatives, but its a bit of work to integrate to Office 365, however thats not the main issue, because we know when we do that, a customer will ask for GMail integration and so on. It's on our radar for sure, we just aren't 100% on a solution that will solve everyones problems (yet).

Hi Jan. Are you using Reckon Accounts Hosted or Desktop, as desktop has an Outlook integration preference.
