The bank reconciliation is horrible. Please give ability for bank account to connect and live feed for reckon. The platform in question here is Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2018.

Add extra fields to address customers in emails

Currently you can only use "To" or "Dear" when sending emails. Really there needs to be some less formal ones like "Hi"

MFA on Hosted - change tab sequence/enter

When you sign into the MFA on Reckon Accounts Hosted please add the ability to just press enter key when you have typed the MFA. In short, make it work the same was as MFA in Customer Portal. "

Add option to email payslips and process STP from 'Print & Distribute Paycheques' wizard.

It would be useful if the wizard also had shortcuts to email payslips and complete the STP (Single Touch Payroll) process rather than having to navigate to other menues.

Reckon Accounts Hosted Country Box needs to be wider

When you click on the drop down box in Customers Additional Info Tab to select the country they belong to, it only shows the first few letters so it is hard to see what the countries actually are. Surely making it wider would be a good idea!
