Add PayPal to Bank feed

It’ll be very useful to be able to get PayPal transactions via bankfeed since they’ll apparently get rid of iif file export soon.

    15-Sept-2021 Update: We have unfortunately abandoned our plans for PayPal data feeds to Reckon Accounts Desktop due to incompatible technologies. As noted, PayPal feeds have been available in Reckon Hosted since the June 2020 release. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    24-June-2020 Update: Released for Reckon Accounts Hosted 2020.

    3-April-2020 Update: The issue is persisting where feed data is not consistent. PayPal are continuing to investigate.

    26-Mar-2020 Update:
    Work has been completed and is awaiting implementation.

    18-Feb-2020 Update:
    We are in final testing for this feed and unfortunately have found an issue on the PayPal side. Their team are working on this now. Apologies for the delay - we hope to have this available before the end of the month.

PayPal is removing their .IIF export feature. As a user I need a way to get paypal data in Reckon Accounts.
