27-June-2020 Update: This feature was successfully released to Reckon Accounts HOSTED on June 23, 2020 (AU only). Unfortunately we discovered an MS Outlook issue close to release for Desktop and had to pull this feature from the release. This issue has now been fixed.
It's very likley there will be an R3 release in AU later in the year due to the delay of the budget and therefore we'll be able to include this feature then. If your business works with a Reckon Accredited Partner in AU or NZ they do have access to this feature for desktop as a BETA and can install for you.
21-June-2020: we are currently working on a new feature that will allow this. Due for release next year.
2-March-2020: We have tested applying HTML code to your template and it works, however Reckon Accounts can only send text format as you know. To send with an HTML signature you will need to review each email as it sends using this preference...
Then manually change the format of the email to HTML.
Not ideal, so we will leave this an an IDEA for our customers to vote on as well.
Agree! the current Reckon plain text default is a totally unprofessional look. I'm shocked that this is deemed acceptable by the Reckon developers / business management. I know there is a work around....but it is time consuming when you're sending dozens of invoices or account summaries. Please can someone do something about this!
