Add extra fields to address customers in emails

Currently you can only use "To" or "Dear" when sending emails. Really there needs to be some less formal ones like "Hi"

    Released AU desktop and NZ desktop and Hosted in March 2020. Due for release in AU Hosted in late June 2020.

    Please make email templates available in multi-user mode. Currently all templates except "Send Forms" can be modified in multi-user mode. Now that HTML is available it is likely there will be a need to make constant changes/improvements to email templates.

    Having to switch to single user mode is not always possible in Reckon Accounts, especially when trying to send out invoices, statements etc in a busy environment.
