Electronic timesheet

To Give each employee a login to be able to lodge his or her time sheets electronically. This information after going through an approval process should populated the payroll schedule automatically.

Inactive jobs

When I want to have a look at an inactive job I have to show all of them for all customers - it would be great if we had the option to just show the inactive jobs for a particular customer. Thanks for your consideration.

Date stamp paid invoices

Add a date paid to the paid stamp status on invoices. Sometimes I can't easily find the date a particular invoice was paid. I have created a report for this, but sometimes it would be easier if this was at the source itself.

The leave liability report uses the incorrect hourly rate for many of our employees. This is a widely used report by businesses and should show the correct balances

Activate a WARNING message if a product is being sold BELOW COST.

This should be relatively easy to put around the cost field of the invoicing section. We have had a few instances where a product was sold way BELOW COST. This could have been prevented just by having this small feature available.

For desktop version, set up so that multiuser option is asked at every open.

In desktop version, to open in multiuser requires a tick box only available in open new company, not available on login screen. We swap between multiuser and single user often and having the multiuser on the login screen would make starting much ...

Add this feature so an invoice can be setup to allow for a discount for early payment.

Ability to import unit of measure with item list

When you have a large number of products that you want to import - the ability to also import the unit of measure would be extremely helpful. Otherwise you have to manually add them all in. If you have a 1000 items that is a lot of wasted time.
