It would be really useful to have customisable drop down fields for things like Origin, Industry. I especially would like to see a customisable new status field so it can be used to identify what stage a current job / invoice is at
Many times i need to find an item i may have quoted. It is currently not possible to list an item that is present in estimates for a given date, this function is in invoices, PO and bills. Extending it to estimates for item history makes sense,
I would like contact titles to be shown on the invoices generated by Reckon One, e.g. 'Email:' 'Web:' etc etc.
These titles could be optional, giving users the choice as to whether they want to include or not.
Not necessarily a new idea. When i signed up to Reckon a development was in process for divisional reporting.What is current status of this reporting that was promised?
When a user opens a sales order it logs - open time, user, sales order number as a minium. then when they close the sales order it logs - close time, user, sales order number. This way we can track and report on time spent on individual sales orders
