When dealing with incomplete Sales there is a need to automatically create purchase orders for the short-listed items.

This is achieved by reviewing the short-stocked items through the sales order fulfilment worksheet, or directly in the sales order.
From the sales order icon bar, select Purchase Order
Create purchase order for selected items.
Create the PO for the short amount (or amount of your choice).
