Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

On the Reckon Hosted login page have the ability to see the password entered

Similar to other login pages, allow me to click an icon to un-hide the password so I can check what has been entered before logging in.

Different reply email address from different send form emails

When people reply from emails sent from Reckon, they are all going to one email address. Would like one email for when we send invoices and another return address for payslips.

Print as pdf some employee forms, reports. Other system have this as default whatever can be printed can be printed as pdfs as well so no need to use paper

Add weight , volume option with total to show on packing slip

Should have ability to add carton weight & dimensions for cubic calculation with option to add field on to the packing slip with a total option for Total Quantity . Total Cubic & Total weight for freight calculation

Be able to copy and paste in Reckon while on the Cloud

Copy and paste information and or numbers, names, addresses, notes to save time. Also copy and paste direct information like numbers cant be incorrectly entered if you copy and paste them - less human error
