This isn't a widespread problem amongst our customers so if it continues to be an issue please contact our technical support so they can review the content of your email pdf / email body in case there is another trigger causing these to go to spam. We use an email service that is whitelisted for DMARC, and it's the same process used by the majority of cloud accounting providers. I'll also merge this with s similar portal idea for future reference.
