Make a icon for create sales orders

There is a Icon for "create invoices", it would seem logical to me that you would have the same for "create sales orders"

The ability to un-apply a credit to an invoice or bill

It would be useful if in the same way we can apply a credit to an invoice/bill we could deselect the credit from the invoice/bill. if an error is found it would help to be able to apply to the correct invoice/bill

Don;t ask for Credit Card when I only use GovConnect

Every time I login it asks me to complete my registration by adding a credit card. I only use GovConnect which does not require a credit card ... so I don;t want to add one for security reasons.

Employee Number Visual

It would be really helpful if the employee number showed on the Employee Information page so you don't have to go into the editing mode to see what the number is. Also would be great if new employee numbers were generated automatically.
