Make a icon for create sales orders
There is a Icon for "create invoices", it would seem logical to me that you would have the same for "create sales orders"

The ability to do this already exists. Simply open a sales order (or any form) and then whilst the window is active (selected if you have multiple windows open) click View > Add "Create Sales Order" to Icon Bar...
