Hide 'deactivated' books option

To help keep the R1 Portal dashboard / client list tidy, users should be able to hid deactivated books. This is also a parity feature with the old R1 provisioning page.

Ability to alter Chart of Accounts

I would like to have the ability to amend the Chart of accounts for instance a client setup a code for Accumulated depreciation as a current asset and it can't be changed, or a GST code that doesn't have a parent of GST can't be modified.
