A smartphone App

Reckon Accounts Hosted is awesome on a computer but much harder to use on a smartphone using a browser as it doesn't fit the window well and you can't see everything you need to see at once. An app would be wonderful.

Audit/Log for Users LogIn - When & How Long Logged in

Client likes to be able to check on when a User may have logged in and for how long. With Desktop by using Teamviewer to remote in you have a log with this info BUT nothing available in HOSTED to track this.

Have a service like 'Boomerang' for scheduling emails and checking that the customer has opened the sent email

This is a great tool where you can check whether the customer has opened the invoice email. Plus having to schedule invoice emails in the future.
