Reckon Accounts Hosted - Print process is too long. Two click imediate printing please.

Still waiting on Reckon to fix the lengthy printing process in Hosted. This has been a problem for over six year. Currently it is taking me 30 plus seconds to print invoices. Reckon Help has told me there is nothing they can do. You can imagine this is a very inefficient use of time. As a professional Partner this is the number one complaint I get from clients. Please make this a priority. Thank you
