When a timesheet has been entered the hours to be paid should come up as a reminder when you go to payroll. Not just when you put in current dates. For example if Mr Jo Bloggs worked 45 hours for the week and i did not pay him when i go to do payroll the folllowing week and put in the dates for that week only the timesheet data for that week will appear. However i need for the system to tell me i have outstanding hours for Jo bloggs as well as the hours for current week.
Hi Gemma. We have looked at the code and unfortunately the timesheet data, once used, has no connection to the paycheque.
As you know, once you create a paycheque, you can go and alter the time and this has no effect on the paycheque, so any reminder would not be guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
The best suggestion we have after talking to our accredited partners, is to memorise a time report and also a payroll summary report to check the hrs for a given period. Of course this will be time consuming however we cannot see a way forward in the code base to achieve your request.
