Message (email set up)

Hi, when I send out an invoice to a client a standard message come up to the client. I think it would be very good if I could change this message and save it, so that every time I send out a new invoice, this particularly message that I have written up come on the screen, so I can easily push send, without having to adapt and change the message each time I send out an invoice.

    Hi guys. Just to clarify, are you wanting to save multiple messages or just one? Also, is this the message in the email, or on the invoice itself?
