Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Regards,
The Reckon Product Team

Sent Tax Invoice emailed to have notification of received email. Merged

When i send tax invoice through the email feature is there a way for the recipient to send back a received notice similar to that with Outlook express where you can add that feature . Would help business to know that they have received it .

Like the majority of cloud accounting software we utilise a cloud-based SMTP provider for our email service. This service does not allow us to track email delivery.

We have looked at Outlook integration, and technically it's not an issue, however not all users have Outlook so we would likely need to integrate with a multitude of services including the likes of gmail. Not needing to manage a multitude of services if the most appropriate option for us at this time.

We will keep this idea active so we can monitor user feedback which will add weight to future discussions.
