Please include a function of taking photos of receipts & invoices to your mobile app Merged

I have clients requesting this function as they admit to losing receipts and invoices.  They have said it would be helpful if they could take a photo of the receipt/invoice as they receive them and the relevant data to be extracted and entered into Reckon.  This would reduce lost receipts/invoices and reduced admin for clients, bookkeepers and accountants as ideally all receipts and invoices would then be captured in Reckon.  This benefits not only the business owner but also the bookkeeper who does the end of month reconciliation/GST but also the accountant completing the GST/end of year return.

    Hi Dawn. We are currently rebuilding our mobile app; the first was released in May 2019 (STP) with Payroll due early next year. Employee expenses will follow as we work through all modules, and yes document capture on a phone will be included in the relevant modules.

    We also hope to have an integration with a leading receipt capture app announced early(ish) next year.

    Same request as Dawn's. I used to use Wave Accounting, they had an excellent app for this very purpose.
