Hi Mark. We've almost completed the design work and I am sure you'll like the end result when finished as we've taken "multiple emails" to the next level. Hopefully will be released early in quarter 4 (calendar year).
We often have customers ask for invoices to be sent to one email address but copied to additional recipients, so this would be really helpful.
That would be a great feature to add to Reckon. I look forward to it being implemented.
Christopher Bartlett also left a comment.
"Great support & help. Some little features areas of Reckon could be improved. For example, it would be great to be able to enter two customer emails in their contact information. This way, for certain customers, the invoice could be emailed to two different departments. When dealing with some large companies they can like invoices or correspondence ie Quote or Invoices going to two different departments or different people. This would be great to be able to do. Thanks for providing such a great product & good service."
As a user I would like to see the email assigned to a process eg. invoices go to x@y.com, general does to y@y.com, sales goes to z@y.com... there are a couple of ways to achieve this and not always via the contact list.
