Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Be able to see the status of an invoice without having to look at the history

It would be really good to be able to see that status of an invoice without having to open the invoice and view the history.

For example I create a lot of invoices as I am working on a project and add line items as the work is completed. As a result of this work flow I have a number of invoices which are incomplete. To check the status of an invoice to see if it has been emailed of I believe the only way is to open the invoice and view the history. It would be really good if there was a flag next to the invoice which showed whether it had been emailed or not.

    If you can not see this column simply click on the 'Spanner' icon on the invoice list screen and select Email Status.
