Timesheets in payroll Merged

I would like to enter timesheets in RO payroll.  Similar functionality to Reckon Accounts timesheets.  Enter hours against customer & Invoice item for customer billing.  Also enter hours against employee to pull into payroll and against a customer / job for job profitability

    Merged with RKN1-I-300 as the plan is to integrate Reckon One timesheets with Reckon One payroll.
