Ability to Create Purchase Orders and then Convert to Bills to Pay
I have Clients that enjoy the product but need the facility to create purchase orders that are linked to projects and they can email to suppliers. Then they need the ability to convert these to bills to pay.
we need it to stay as it is but changes as follows
Main items it needs to be able to do is to continue the flow thru the system of
Order – Bill – Payment
So the order stage is missing – but all the bits needed are there in the Bill module.
All the PO function needs to be able to do is create the details you enter on the bill screen as a Purchase Order, then all the bill screen needs is the box to enter the Invoice number.
Purchase order would make it easier as in the modern day an age everyone wants an official purchase order to lodge an order
