Birthday loyalty program rewards - when you select valid for Month, it should be a month from the customer's birthday not for the month in which their birthday falls

We send out birthday emails to our customers on their actual birthday. If their birthday happens to be towards the end of the month, they have very little time to redeem their reward as they don't even know about it until the day of their birthday. If the reward was valid for a month from the date of their birthday, I believe it would make far more sense.
