Be able to change the item price in Cloud POS when making a sale and synced with Accounts Hosted.

We need to change the value of an item as we sell it, for example, a miscellaneous item. If integrated with Reckon Accounts Hosted, the item price cannot be changed.  Could it be possible to change the price as you sell or sell an item that does not require an inventory quantity to be maintained? Thank you

    Hi Jamie,

    Thank you for your post.

    To have the ability to change the item's price at Cash Register, you need to turn on the option "Edit Price at Cash Register" in the item's record in the Management System.

    As per the below screenshots:

    • Go to Management System and open the Item's record

    • Click on the toggle option from "Edit Price at Cash Register"

    • Click Save

    • When you choose this item in Cash Register, you will now have the option to change the amount. When you get the below view, you can use the calculator screen to make necessary changes and hit + button once you're done
