It would be beneficial for us to be able to assign a transaction to a Customer Account. We would then need to be able to print off invoices monthly or run a report for the amounts owing on account each month.

Planning to do
This would be a function that we would need to be able to change to Reckon POS also. This way we could accept Account Payments as we do in Reckon POS Desktop.
Hi Leanne. Our first release was not aimed at businesses with account customers and we have not advertised that we support accounts. Think cafe or small retail. There is some complexity involved in account customers, and we have some other priority work to complete first, however we have completed the design and will task a developer most likely towards the end of the year. It's definitely a good idea and something we absolutely want to implement at some point so the application suits a wider audience.
when will this be implemented? Currently POS is useless for account customers, its only good for cash sales
This is very exciting for us that this suggestion is now a planned activity. We have been holding off fully implementing the POS and this will enable us to be able to effectively service our Customers.
