No worries Isabelle. Thanks for the feedback. For us, the best way for you to use this is store the link against the record in Reckon (as its easier to find than a random link) but definitely email that link to your team. We wouldn't expect you would provide access to Reckon. The purpose of this feature was to give context ie what is the source that this link relates to. Hope that makes sense and is helpful.

Hi Jason, Thank you for all your help with this. I did see the Links option and we do have OneDrive. However, we have found it is easier just to share the OneDrive Link directly by email rather than go through Reckon. I can understand how attachments would make the system too slow, but thank you again for your patience and going through this with me. I'll print the article and give it to the bosses. Isabelle

I, personally, am on Hosted as I work from home, and it says we're on the latest version: 2021 R2 - is that the latest?

Hi Isabelle and thank you for contributing an idea. Can I ask, is this for your customers to view and pay an invoice sent from your business, or for you and other internal people within the business to be able to see a copy of a customer / supplier invoice?
