Special character issue can be eliminated

when we are trying to lodge STP there is a lot of error because of Spaces, sepecial character in the employee details.

if the system is smart enough to eleminate any unnecessary character automatically, it would be a great add.

on the otherhand just dont let us give input in such format, which the system dosent alloow.
