14 Jun, 2020: Hi Trevor. There are a multitude of fields available across many Reckon forms. Due to our intention to get this feature into the June 2020 release we can't physically test them all, so the initial release will include these generic fields.
We will look to add more in future releases so will keep this idea active.

Implemented
Please make email templates available in multi-user mode. Currently all templates except "Send Forms" can be modified in multi-user mode. Now that HTML is available it is likely there will be a need to make constant changes/improvements to email templates.
Having to switch to single user mode is not always possible in Reckon Accounts, especially when trying to send out invoices, statements etc in a busy environment.

Great work! I have upgraded and tested the new 2020R2 version and it is a great option now.
