Hide 'deactivated' books option

To help keep the R1 Portal dashboard / client list tidy, users should be able to hid deactivated books.

This is also a parity feature with the old R1 provisioning page.

As a Reckon One partner, I want to be able manage longer client lists more easily through sorting or filtering. For example, I may want to to sort/filter my client list by active / inactive.

Delete or Hide inactive books from dashboard.

Would be nice to have a tidy dashboard by hiding or deleting inactive books. When you have a lot of books it is annoying having inactive ones cluttering up the dashboard.
