Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Regards,
The Reckon Product Team

Reinstating "Individuals" as an option for Customers

When I started using Reckon One there was an option for classifying your customers as either "Individuals" or "Business". Somewhere down the line the option for Individuals was removed and everyone now is "Business". Can we PLEASE reinstate the "Individual" as an option along side "Business".

Hi Tony. Unfortunately as we roll through the overhaul of our contacts area, the team left the individual / business column active which makes it appear as though all contacts changed to a business. This actually isn't the case.

Once we complete the redesign of CONTACTS by years end (scheduled completion) there will be no concept of business vs individual customers or suppliers. Instead we will have the ability to add multiple CONTACTS to suppliers, customers and super funds.

Apologies for making this error however as this is an extremely complex overhaul we need to push ahead with the release plan. It will all make sense upon completion and we are 100% confident all users will love the changes.
