Need to be able to specify default Item type as Service or Product in Settings.

The item type defaults to 'Product'. We only sell 'Services'. We continually ste-up many Items reflecting bespoke Tasks to be billed to clients on a project-by-project basis. We need a setting that allows the default item type to be a Service. The setting should also dictate the default Item type when subsequently relating Items to Projects.
