Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Multi currency enter the A$ amount.

Allow the A$ amount to be entered for the payment thus making Reckon Accounts calculate theexchange rate.

Add Cleared status on Credit Cards

You must run a report at present to see if a credit card is cleared. As credit cards are reconciled (like cheques) this is extremely frustrating and doesn't make sense to the end user.

Automate the STP export directly to the ATO from Reckon Accounts Desktop and Hosted

Once it setup automate it so that the STP is exported directly to the ATO from the Users desktop or cloud service All users would benefit as it would be a seamless transaction and would also reduce the time for logging the STP.

Print as pdf some employee forms, reports. Other system have this as default whatever can be printed can be printed as pdfs as well so no need to use paper
