The entire Reckon system is online. It is plain stupid to require a phone call to deactivate a book subscription. The subscription deactivation process should also be online only.
Allow users to deactivate their subscription immediately from website
Forcing users to make a phone call is inconvenient and time-consuming and goes against contemporary user experience. It requires that I do so duing Reckon business hours
Add a setting to allow estimates to be turned on / off
A global function to turn estimates on / off as Estimates are not relevant to some businesses. I realise that the feature can be disabled through permissions. However, I believe that a global setting will be a better user experience.
That the reconciliation report is the same as the actual bank balance
This would be really good as at the moment the balance in the bank account says reconciled and it matches my bank statement but the reconciliation report show a balance that is completely different and shows all the transactions that are reconcile...
When looking at the bills (and invoices) section it would would be helpful to see the date due, which means adding a "Due Date" column to our screens. It would be even better if users could trigger an email reminder prior to due date.
