As a Reckon One user, I want to be able to record my business mileage in Reckon One. I currently have to use a spreadsheet for this, but would like to be able to log mileage as part of my business accounts.

Email settings Invoice template add special tag contact name

So that when you generate the email to customer it can say "Hi contact name" instead of "Hi Organisation name" - in my invoices I want to generate an email that says hi to the first name of the accounts person I am sending to.

Option to select today's date in the reports options

In the drop down date options please add today. Payroll is usually run on today's date so having to choose the actual date will save a lot of time.

Credit Card Surcharge Entry Section in Pay Bills

It would be helpful if there was a section to add a credit card surcharge directly at the Pay Bills screen rather than having to modifying the bill or add it in separately.
