Since going to hosted, printing seems to take forever, in fact it's around 20 seconds, but added up over our many documents it's so unproductive.

Show Part Number on drop down lists

When adding items to Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoices or Adjustment it would be helpful to see the part number as well as the item name as sometimes items are very similar and you are more familiar with the part number than the items short name.

Increasing the character limits for notes in the Employee section.

Any type of events such as sick leave, annual leave approvals requested by employees should be able to be recorded. Unfortunately, I'm running into the problem of no longer able to enter these details into the employee's history.
