When you are within a pay run, with the list of employees, there are columns for Earnings & Leave, Allowances, Gross Earnings, Tax, Super & Net Pay. There is not a column for Deductions or Sal Sac Super which means at a glance the screen doesn't add up if the person has deductions or Sal Sac Super.
It would be good to add 2 columns, between Allowances and Gross Earnings, 1 for Deductions and 1 for Salary Sacrifice Super to make it easier to verify figures.
The Gross earnings column should possibly be renamed as it is perhaps misleading. If you have any deductions from the Earnings, it is no longer Gross. It could be called Pre Tax earnings. This column should also include the Allowances figure.
And finally swap the Super and Net Pay columns to reflect a normal flow.
