How about doing your maintenance after 2 or 3 am

I work on my books late at night, usually after 12am.

I've used your Reckon One for close to two years now and it's a constant problem doing anything after approx 12:15am as you obviously are doing maintenance on your servers and nothing works. For example, it's now 12:54 am and for the past 30 minutes, I am unable to load my expenses records or add new ones. This has been a problem from day one and starting to make me look for alternatives.

    Our maintenance commences at 1am "Sydney time" and lasts for several hours. As we also service customers in NZ this is the only period available to us to perform maintenance and backups.

    In relation to the above, we have noticed an issue where the expense list times out if it's length is significant. We are investigating and will roll out a fix ASAP.
