Printing individual reports by "item"

You can see your "item" list but can't print reports on them. I want the ability to print a report on each individual item listed/used in reckon one. At the moment, in particular with expenses they are all grouped together in a total expense, with a default showing the top couple of  expense groups, not providing a summary for each individual item. I am told that I need to get this through suppliers reports/balances - very time consuming and fraught with omissions especially when you purchase the same item from various suppliers. I want to be able to print on a report to focus on 1 particular item - ie: fuel, or motor vehicle or insurance etc.
