Allow users to specify the default view shown on Portal login

Users should be able to specify the default view that is loaded upon login.
This should include the view, and the default company loaded. This would alleviate a number of clicks / selections that have to be made on EVERY login. Whilst this seems a trivial exercise, repeated login's and having to complete this every time the system is used / STP is submitted is tedious and time consuming.
It is also frustrating to be presented with advertising promoting the online version of the software when one has already paid a fair amount for 5 licences of the 'full' hosted edition. This is being placed under Reckon One as ideas submitted under the Portal heading are allocated a case / idea number that is not entered into the system.
I concur with this - the idea of defaulting to a view. I find it a tedious chew (relatively!) - on EVERY use of the product - to have to click through a number of screens to TimeSheets, which is the 90% main use of ReckonOne by most of our users.
Hi Paul. No thats much better thank you. I'll move this to the portal product ideas channel and have a discussion with the team as this has come up previously. When Reckon One was our only product in the portal there was no need for a default, however this makes perfect sense, especially as our GovConnect STP users are on a steep rise due to the 2019 deadline. I use reckon hosted and I log in to the reckon portal to submit STP. The issue is with the reckon portal. The only reason I log in to the portal is to upload and submit STP. It is the logon process to the reckon portal that I am suggesting to change. If the portal allowed a particular view to be shown on login (such as the "my products" tab, which is more likely to be used by self hosted customers) then the process would save users a reasonable amount of time.
Please let me know if you would like a more detailed response. Sorry if my first description was unclear.

Hi. Could you advise if this idea is for Reckon One or Reckon Hosted. This statement has confused me a little.. Please advise so we can assist.
