When a client has several bank and credit card accounts, it's frustrating that a refresh always takes you back to the first listed account, not the one you are working on.
Thanks for pointing this out. We have reviewed and this is a bug and not by design. As we are replacing the bank transaction screen in a future release we'll address this then for sure.
** Bank transactions doesn't have a dedicated refresh button like the Reckon One Transactions screen and hence relies on a browser refresh.
