Additional customisation for email templates

It would be very beneficial if we could add other fields to email templates. ie the purchase order or reference number.  As this is a data field, just like the name field this should not be difficult to do. You should also be able to add company logo to your email footer as this would make the email look more professional.  Currently it looks outdated compared to other software currently on the market.

    Just wanted to add that Ive been using zoho invoice for the past few years (I gave up on reckon-one back then). I thought coming to it again now would have seen more common sense applied to the processes available. I just dont get how a simple thing like this can be left out or considered unimportant.

    I also want to be able to just use the customers first name to address them in an email using a tag. As it is now I would think using the <display name> would allow that but this is not one of the tags available. I have to use <contact name> or <company name> and neither of those actually gives me the customers name.

    I would like to be able to include the reference (we are using text rather than a number), and being able to personalise the email text with contact name, and more  friendly text.

    I agree with the logo set up. Very unprofessional to have no logo imported from reckon to email windows. This needs to be fixed. If it can import to invoices/ purchase order/ quotes etc it should also import to emails.
