Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Regards,
The Reckon Product Team

Hide reconciled items

Also why can't we hide already reconciled items anymore.  I want it back. It was so much easier.

Hi Jenny and thanks for your feedback - we appreciate your contributions thus far, so keep them coming.

In the new bank rec, we have split the reconciliation out from the transaction screen hence making the HIDE RECONCILED TRANSACTIONS a little redundant.

That is... in the reconciliation screen you now ONLY see unreconciled transactions. Any transactions that are RECONCILED will not appear in the reconciliation screen.

In the transaction screen, you see ALL transactions as this is meant to be a register of your ledger. You can however filter transactions on the STATUS column if you do not wish to see reconciled transactions in that screen.

If you have any other suggestions / questions in regards to my response, please let us know.

    Kind regards,

    Jason
