If I am unsure what a button does, the only way to look it up is watch endless youtube videos or wait for someone to tell me during work hours from support. Just have a hover over feature that gives you further information about the button or section
Also just get a written help guide. And if you have a help guide, instead of telling people 10 steps to get to a button, just let them click on it and go direct to the spot they are searching for
Hi Grant. We have begun creating a help guide for Reckon One. You can see the beginnings HERE with articles on STP for example. I am confident we'll have a full doc live by years end, but I will make each section live as we add them (rather than having to wait for the full doc to be finalised).
