Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Able to set a pay rate when creating a pay item so when rate changes, it can do it at one time for employees

If is able to set a pay rate at when creating a pay item at payroll setting, it will be very useful when hourly rate changes every year, you can just change once at pay item instead of going into each employee details to do the change.

    Very time consuming exercise and prone to errors when the bulk of your staff are on casual rates.

    Casual staff are paid based on age and probationary period. Would be great if Payroll can pick up the birthday and change the rate AND decide on fixed or probationary rate based on a flag set against the staff
