refresh button to carry forward

When reconciling a bank account, the "add payment" button and "reconciliation" button carry forward (in the grey section at the top of the page) when scolling through the list of transactions. Including the "refresh" button on this would be very useful as I often have multiple pages open and make changes on these other pages then have to scroll back up to the top to refresh on my bank account page.
