Ability to change Account numbers on ALL Accounts

The default Cash Account, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Account Codes can't be changed.  Accountants use their own account numbers often and they need to be able to change these to ones that suite their Account Codes.  Or else the chart of accounts codes wont make sense.  Also need to be able to add Account Codes to Bank Accounts.
