Change the default number of rows to 100 instead of 10

Yes I had to keep changing it to 100 this morning in the bank reconcile too!

@stephanie we have detected an issue in the transactions from bank screen where the persistence is not holding. We will address this in a release in the next couple of weeks.

I find that in the 'new' bank transactions, when I'm allocating, that if I have it set to 100 then it takes much longer to load the page. Maybe we could choose our own default settings?

Or at least have it remember '100' if you change it once - Change it once, use it many :)
