Update R1 book lock off date each year
As a mini year end routine, Reckon One could update the book lock off date each year, so that transactions in the last financial year cannot be edited as they will be locked down.
A user with the right permission could remove the lock off date to allow prior year edits.

We have reviewed with several users and accountants and bookkeepers; due to each having a very different process it was clear we could not cater for all with a new feature.
The ability to lock a book each year remains available however as a manual process. The prompt to lock each bank account after a reconciliation also remains.
